These draft terms describe the current demo and its limits. They require owner and legal approval before use for an online preview or public launch.

The service available today
VOLOGOLO is an independent US power-tool discovery and price-comparison platform in development. The owner-local demo includes fictional products, sample retailer offers, search, filters, Saved, Share and Compare. Live mode does not publish those demo records or offer a working retailer feed, checkout or order fulfillment.
Private partner access requires an authorized invitation, not a verified consumer identity. Homepage Top 10 and Weekly/All-Time Top 100 are permanent read-only SAMPLE views, not genuine endorsements. Saved Tools, Compare, battery preferences, Builder quick save and named Saved Setups are browser-local functions, not cloud accounts. Public Likes, genuine voting and buyer reviews, real price history, alerts and verified compatibility recommendations remain unavailable. Planning and fictional merchant handoff do not establish physical compatibility or enable checkout.
Use evidence in context
Manufacturer-source-backed records are dated research snapshots. Statements may change, and missing values remain unknown. Verified means supported by a cited source at retrieval, not independent testing, a warranty or present stock. Demo profiles do not claim manufacturer verification.
Review the manufacturer’s current documentation for the exact model, operation and compatibility. VOLOGOLO’s system labels and research notes do not replace those instructions. Product purchasing and service decisions remain separate from browsing this catalog.
Independence and external destinations
VOLOGOLO is not a retailer or a manufacturer representative. There are no signed retailer/manufacturer partnerships or paid affiliate relationships in this release. Brand names identify the researched products and do not imply endorsement.
Manufacturer source links lead to independently operated sites. VOLOGOLO does not handle their transactions, warranties, returns or service obligations. Future retailer links would require verified offers and appropriate disclosures before appearing as live comparisons.
Content and responsible use
Manufacturer names, marks and source materials remain associated with their respective owners. Private demo images illustrate tool types and scenes, not verified exact manufacturer models. Online availability or removal of a logo does not establish image permission, and this draft grants no commercial media license.
Use the protected DEMO to inspect sample discovery and planning flows. Do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access or present fictional offers and read-only rankings as real prices or buyer endorsements. Narrow invitation-mode media permissions do not authorize public hosting, standalone reuse or unrestricted distribution. Final content-use terms and any further media delivery require separate owner/legal and rights review.
Before public launch
The responsible operator, approved contact details, applicable governing terms and any liability/dispute provisions must be reviewed and finalized before launch. This draft does not invent a legal entity, registered address, jurisdiction or reviewed legal status.
